The bouquet is a mélange of baked pear, pineapple syrup, shortbread and vanilla custard.
The texture in the mouth is firm and creamy. A glass is richly flavoured of pear, cantaloupe, McIntosh apple, lime-citrus, banana and caramel.

Made of grapes hand-picked September 24th at average 20.5° Brix and pressed in whole clusters. After primary fermentation in French oak barrels (of which 16% were in first use), the wine aged for ten months.
At the time of bottling in March 2016 alcohol measured 12.5%, residual sugar 1.9 grams per litre, titratable acidity 7.5 grams per litre and pH 3.15.
