Vibrant fruit, floral and perfume aromas spring from the glass, pronouncing peach, gooseberry, apricot, melon, jasmine, lavender and beeswax. These persist through the wine’s flavour with added accents of clementine, pineapple and mango blending into a bold, sustained finish.
100% Viognier, picked October 16th at the Stouck Family Vineyard as grape sugars averaged 21.8° Brix.
Four-fifths of the grapes were de-stemmed and crushed. Juice and skins soaked together for 12 hours in a chilled stainless-steel tank before pressing. The remaining 20% went direct to press in whole clusters. The press juice was cool-fermented and settled in stainless-steel before going to bottle in February 2021.

Chill to near 11° C and serve with serve with nut-crusted chicken in orange-ginger sauce, Pad Thai and other mildly spiced noodle dishes, root vegetables or Tagines and curries with fruits whose flavours engage the fruit flavours of the wine. When to drink: now to 2025.
