Winemaker's Notes
Glamorously and exotically spiced for the nose and the palate! Fresh floral and herb scents combine with peach, lime zest and candied ginger. In the mouth it’s nimble and dry, and flavoured of peach, cantaloupe and sunny citrus.

After the grapes were destemmed and pressed, the juice fermented in a chilled stainless-steel tank. With four months to settle and age.

Alluring aromas of lemon zest and Key lime pie mingle with yellow nectarine and Mirabelle plum. It’s racy and refreshing with a streak of dazzling tang and plenty of pizzazz from first drop to last drop. Leaving you with a delightful taste and a delicious, lip-smacking finish and a lengthy aftertaste. Pour with pan-seared calamari and freshly shucked oysters.
Pale straw colour; lightly floral nose of peach with a mineral note; medium-bodied, dry; white peach and lemon flavours with a note of bay leaf. Tony Aspler
