The nose is reminiscent of mandarin orange, candied ginger and spice. A sip finds a rich, icing-like creaminess and flavours of tropical fruits, peach syrup and pear. Picked at the Malivoire Estate Vineyard on January 7th, 2017 as grape sugars averaged 46° Brix.
After stainless steel fermentation the wine was settled and clarified in tank. Ageing occurred in stainless steel tank for 4 months, and bottled in June 2017.
Enjoy now to 2026. Quantity bottled was 169 cases.
