Reminders to the nose of honey, pear, apricot and spice. Its palate richness is livened by fresh acidity, and flavours indicate baked apple, candied tropical fruits, mango and ginger.
Picked by hand at the Malivoire Estate Vineyard in the early dawn of January 11th, 2019, at -8° C. Grape sugars averaged 36° Brix.After stainless steel fermentation (no malolactic fermentation) the wine was settled and clarified in tank for 4 months and bottled in June 2019.
