Fruity and biscuity aromas find green apple, pear and bountiful citrus.
It’s fresh, clean and dry to taste, with luxuriant, frothy flavours of citrus, melon and peach.
Picked by hand September 3rd from the mature vines of the Malivoire Estate Vineyard, as grape sugars averaged 18° Brix.
Inspired by a small trial that uncovered surprising, delectable fruit flavours elicited from pinot gris as a sparkling wine. This small (72-case) batch was vinified in the Traditional Method and disgorged in April 2022 after one year on the lees, with addition of 4 grams-per-Litre dosage.
