Tangy aromas capture pear, nectarine, glazed tropical fruits, and almond extract. With a fresh, lively mouthfeel the wine tastes of lemon-lime, green apple, white grapefruit, pommel and honey.
Picked from mature vines on the Malivoire Estate Vineyard on September 4th and 5th as grape sugars averaged 19.7° Brix. After crushing and destemming, the berries were pressed, and the juice sent to stainless steel for cool fermentation. After six months to clarify, the finished wine was bottled in March 2019.
At the time of bottling alcohol was measured at 12%, residual sugar at 2 grams per litre, titratable acidity n/a and pH at 3.16.
Serve near 8° C with fish and chips, sushi, or fresh vegetable salads.
