Gently perfumed aromas resemble pineapple, lemon, peach and floral honeysuckle. This wine is crisply dry, and tastes of tangerine, pear and ginger.
100% Viognier was picked October 5th at the Stouck Family Vineyard as grape sugars averaged 21.2° Brix.
After destemming, the juice and grape skins were left to macerate in stainless steel for 24 hours. After pressing, the juice returned to tank for primary fermentation at cool temperature. Total production was 181 cases, bottled in May 2019.
At the time of bottling, Alcohol measured 12.5%; Residual Sugar: 0 grams per Litre; Titratable Acidity:6 grams per litre; pH: 3.36
