Winemaker's Notes

Glamorously and exotically spiced for the nose and the palate! Fresh floral and herb scents combine with peach, lime zest and candied ginger. In the mouth it’s nimble and dry, and flavoured of peach, cantaloupe and sunny citrus.

Picked October 16th at the Stouck Family Vineyard as grape sugars averaged 21.8° Brix.

After the grapes were destemmed and pressed, the juice fermented in a chilled stainless-steel tank. With four months to settle and age.

Enjoy now to 2026.

Only 150 cases were bottled in March 2023.

At the time of bottling, Alcohol measured 13%; Residual Sugar: 0 grams per Litre; Titratable Acidity: 6.4 grams per litre; pH: 3.55

Dry: 0 g/L residual sugar

Food Companions:

Chill to near 11° C and serve with Pad Thai, grilled fatty fish with a cream sauce, lightly spiced curries, triple cream brie and gruyère cheeses.

This wine was a pre-release feature during the 2023 Cellar Celebrations Event and paired with Kimchi pockets (vegetarian) and Har Gow Dumplings (shrimp based).  Amazing!

Alluring aromas of lemon zest and Key lime pie mingle with yellow nectarine and Mirabelle plum. It’s racy and refreshing with a streak of dazzling tang and plenty of pizzazz from first drop to last drop. Leaving you with a delightful taste and a delicious, lip-smacking finish and a lengthy aftertaste. Pour with pan-seared calamari and freshly shucked oysters.

Pale straw colour; lightly floral nose of peach with a mineral note; medium-bodied, dry; white peach and lemon flavours with a note of bay leaf. Tony Aspler
