A Sparkling Sesquicentennial Celebration, Malivoire’s recently introduced sparkling wines have raised a sensation. Chef Jan of the Grand Oak Culinary Market has created a Roasted Apple Tartlet, Orange-Scented Streusel with Honey Pear Gastrique for our Bisous Brut. Corks and eyes will pop at the results!
