2018 Mottiar Pinot Noir
Aromas capture blueberry, cassis, dark cherry and toasted raisin bread.
The wine is fresh and firm, and tastes of cherry, raspberry, raisin and vanilla.

The grapes were hand-sorted and divided for a two-week fermentation using indigenous yeast. The majority was destemmed, crushed, and co-fermented with a smaller portion of whole clusters.
The wine was transferred to neutral French oak barrels to age for nine months.
