Treadwell Cuisine - J. Treadwell, tasting notes and pairing recommendation
A great introduction to the variety. Classic aromas of stone fruit and honeysuckle carries through to the palate with great focus and intensity. Has very good textural richness and length.
Pairing - Orange Crusted Sea Scallops with Pork Belly, Cauliflower Puree and Golden Raisin Vinaigrette
