Picked at the Koulovassilopoulos Dionisios Vineyard on the night of December 18th, at -8° C. Grape sugars averaged 39.3° Brix.After stainless steel fermentation (no malolactic fermentation) the wine was settled and clarified in tank for 4 months and bottled in April 2020.
Quantity bottled was 128 cases.
Sweet: 216 g/L residual sugar
