Boldly fruity and floral to the nose, our comeback vintage is scented of pineapple, pear and quince. A taste is fresh and tingly-effervescent with potent flavours of honeydew melon, apricot and green apple.
Grapes from 21-year-old vines were taken at 20 ° Brix sugar when harvested and sorted by hand September 20th from the Malivoire Estate Vineyard.
After pressing in whole clusters, the juice was sealed in stainless steel tanks. CO2 produced during fermentation was trapped, introducing a sprightly effervescence to the wine, bottled in January 2020.
Enjoy now through 2023.
At the time of bottling, alcohol measured at 9.5%, 45 grams per litre residual sugar, 9.2 grams per litre titratable acidity and 2.99 pH.

92 / 100: Aromas of floral notes and citrus waft from the glass of this summer quaffing wine—it’s reminiscent of Moscato d’Asti only not as sweet, much more balanced. It’s chockful of sweet-tinged flavour—with grilled pineapple, ripe Bosc pear and excellent balancing lemon acidity. It’s light on its feet with plenty of spritz, making it near-perfect for a summer sipper. Vic Harradine, Winecurrent
