Composition: 65% Genova Gamay 35% Cabernet Franc,

Gamay, in whole clusters, underwent carbonic maceration for 7 days, then cold co-fermented with Cabernet Franc; aged in older French oak barriques.
Bottled in June 2022.
At the time of bottling, alcohol was measured at 12%; residual sugar at 0 grams per Litre and titratable acidity, 6.5 grams per litre and pH: 3.5.
Dry: 0 g residual sugar
