A treat for the nose: maraschino cherry, strawberry, banana and a delicate herbaceousness. The texture is refreshingly tangy and fruity, and flavours of raspberry, strawberry, peach and green apple abound.

The berries were destemmed, crushed, and sent to tank. The mixture of crushed grapes and free-run juice cold-soaked for 24 to 36 hours, and was gravity-drained to press. Cold-fermentation, settling and aging were completed in stainless steel before bottling in January 2017.
