Agile, fruity aromas recall raspberry, strawberry and pink sweet-and-sour candy. It’s energetically moussant with flavours of red berries, cantaloupe and green apple, leaving a tart, fresh finish.
Made from handpicked, estate-grown pinot noir, whole-cluster pressed and fermented in older French oak barrels.
Vinified in the Traditional Method, it had aged on the lees 24 months by the time of disgorgement in May 2020.
