Fresh, gently perfumed aromas identify peach, apple, watermelon, pear and biscuit. Gently moussant, this sparkling rosé presents strawberry, wild cherry and honey, leaving a toasty finish with a mineral shadow.
Bisous Rosé is made from estate-grown Beamsville Bench pinot noir. This bottling is composed of handpicked grapes, whole-cluster pressed and fermented in older French oak barrels.
After bottling it was transferred to our original subterranean cellar beneath the Moira Vineyard. Vinified in the Traditional Method, it aged on the lees in bottle for forty-two months.
