Here’s what you need to know:

• Courier Deliveries: If courier delivery is an option for your area, we will send your shipment using our trusted courier. Please let us know in the delivery instructions when placing your order, if you have special instructions like - Concierge or a Business Address.  This will help to ensure quicker service. 
• Due to an increase in volume being handled by couriers, there may be longer than usual delivery times. 
• Canada Post Deliveries: If Canada Post is the only available shipping option for your location, your order will be held until normal service resumes.  With the significant backlog of shipments due to the strike, we have been advised that normal service is not expected to resume until the new year.
• Out of Province shipments are especially impacted by weather and delivery options.

FREE Delivery - You will automatically receive FREE delivery within Ontario (shipped via Courier or Canada Post) with a minimum order of $150 or more.  Please note: For all other provinces, a modest, flat rate shipping fee will be applied according to the chart below.

Attention: If we are experiencing extreme temperatures in Ontario or across the country, we may choose to delay shipping of your order, to ensure that it arrives unaffected by weather during transit.  Please contact us directly if you are concerned about this kind of a delay in delivery. We are currently using Canada Post as our primary shipping service, due to the option of your package delivered to a post office if you are not home to receive it.  Delivery will be attempted at your door, however should you not be home at that time, then your package will go to your local post office for pick up, within 10 business days.  You will receive a notification card, that they attempted delivery before it it brought to your post office.  Please alert us if this service is not being provided as expected.

If you are at home most days and would prefer COURIER delivery, this can still be arranged by special request.  We have a number of trusted couriers that we can use to fulfill your home delivery with a courier if this works better for you.  Please note that we can NOT give you a definite date or time of delivery.  

Delivery times are now taking up to 3-5 business days within Ontario.
If you are not able to be home daily to receive your delivery, the winery is OPEN 7 days a week, 10 am - 5pm; Simply select 'Pick up at the Winery' instead of Shipping.
