Orders & Delivery
We want to keep you informed about a recent change in how our prices are displayed. Due to new legislation, wineries are no longer required to include tax and bottle deposit in the listed price of wine.
This shift is still evolving across the industry, and not all wineries have adopted the change. However, we believe this approach offers greater pricing transparency. We understand it may take some time to adjust, and we appreciate your understanding.
If you have any questions, we’re happy to help—please don’t hesitate to ask. Call us or us the Contact Form to send us an email. We are always happy to hear from you.

Our Wines
Gamay is a red grape known for its bright acidity, light tannins, and vivid fruit — think cherry, raspberry, and a hint of fresh earth. It's approachable young, versatile with food, and often served slightly chilled.
We grow and vinify a wide range of cool-climate varieties on the Beamsville Bench. Our reds include Gamay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. On the white side we produce Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, and Viognier. We also make Rosé, sparkling wines including traditional method bubbles, icewine and small-batch limited releases through our Demo Series and Library collection. If you're not sure where to start, our tasting room team is always happy to help you find your wine.
Both are made from the Gamay grape, but Ontario's cooler climate produces wines with more structure and acidity than most Beaujolais. Malivoire's Gamay tends to show more savoury complexity alongside the fruit — less juicy and more layered.
Gamay is one of the most food-friendly reds at the table. It pairs beautifully with roasted chicken, duck confit, mushroom dishes, charcuterie, aged cheeses, salmon, and pizza. It even holds its own with lighter cuts of steak.
Yes — slightly. We recommend serving Gamay at 14 to 16 degrees Celsius to bring out its freshness and lift.
Yes, our wines are vegan-friendly.
Malivoire is certified under the Sustainable Winemaking Ontario program, which covers vineyard practices, water and energy use, waste management, and social responsibility. It means every bottle reflects a commitment to the land as much as to the wine.
If you're not happy with a wine, we'll make it right. The Taste Trust Guarantee means you can shop with confidence — we stand behind every bottle.
The Beamsville Bench is a designated wine appellation on the Niagara Escarpment in Ontario. Elevated above Lake Ontario, it benefits from a unique microclimate and ancient soils that produce some of Canada's finest cool-climate wines. Malivoire has been farming here since 1995.
Yes. Malivoire has been recognized as one of Canada's leading cool-climate producers, with wines earning medals and critical acclaim at national and international competitions. Our Gamay in particular has helped establish the Beamsville Bench as a benchmark region for the variety in Canada.
