Malivoire Wine Terms & Conditions
- You must be 19 years of age or older to order, with government documentation showing you are of legal drinking age.
- We use a third-party professional courier, or Canada Post, to deliver our wine to you safely. Depending on your shipping address, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days, within Ontario, after placing it with us.
- Please note that there are shipments out on Fridays
- Malivoire reserves the right to select the method of delivery, unless otherwise indicated
- For wine deliveries via courier to your home or office, you must be available to sign for the package and present valid identification. Our couriers will not release packages to persons who appear intoxicated.
- Flat rate shipping fees quoted on the website may be subject to change based on location.
- If you are at any time dissatisfied with one of our products, simply return it to the winery for a full refund or exchange.
- All Malivoire wines are subject to availability.
- All prices including wines and delivery fees exclude applicable taxes.
