"Few Canadian wineries take rosé as seriously as @malivoire. It was part of the opening inventory and has been subject to ongoing research and development to a point where @malivoire pink portfolio stands amongst the very best wines in the country." Winemakers Notes
Shimmering rosy gold in the glass, a pour offers perfumed and floral scents aside appetizing cocktail cherry, peach, papaya and lime.
With a juicy, plush entry and fresh mid-palate acidity, persisting cherry and peach flavours join pomegranate and grapefruit, and a vibrant lime zest finish.
Hand-picked on the cool mornings of September 9th and 10th from our original Moira Vineyard. Grape sugars averaged 19° Brix.
Vinification: Whole grape clusters were gently pressed for minimal contact between juice and skins. After briefly chilling in a wide-profile stainless-steel tank (resembling a dairy tank) for optimum lees contact, the juice transferred to a standard steel tank for cool fermentation. The finished wine was bottled in February 2023.
Enjoy now to 2026.

It’s crisp, clean and refreshing thanks to a persistent linear line of mouth-watering tangy acidity ... Pour as an aperitif to get gastric juices flowing or with freshly shucked briny oysters or prawn ceviche. Paired mine with a cheese fondue that turned out to be a suitable match.
