39% Sauvignon Blanc, 31% Melon de Bourgogne, 30% Chardonnay Musqué
Winemaker's Notes:
The nose presents zesty green apple, pineapple, lemon and lime with peach, white wine gum and orange blossom accents. Apple and citrus flavours carry through a fresh, racy mouth sensation alongside hints of pear, apricot and almond.
All varieties were picked on separate dates in September and October as grape sugars reached an average 20.2° Brix.
The sauvignon blanc was destemmed and pressed; the other varieties went to press in clusters. The juice co-fermented in stainless steel and to ensure a fresh, lively
body, there was no malo-lactic conversion. After nine months in tank, 200 cases were bottled in June 2022.
