Frothy and creamy-bodied, its aromas and flavours capture Granny Smith apple, pink cherry, and strawberry. More expressions of red currant, raspberry and brioche arise in a bubbly, clean finish.
Made 100% from Moira Vineyard-grown pinot noir, hand-picked at 18.1° Brix, the grapes were whole-cluster pressed and fermented in older French oak barrels.
Vinified in the Traditional Method, with tirage in April 2020, was aged on the lees 24 months before disgorgement in April 2022.
