Winemaker Notes:

Hovering over the glass, the nose finds a toasty underlay, decorated by baked apple, peaches-and-cream, pineapple and
orange zest. A sip feels firm and silky-smooth, exotically flavoured of green apple, crab apple, tangy lime and a trailing wisp of ginger.

Vinification Notes

Whole-cluster pressed, the wine completed primary wild-yeast fermentation and partial malo-lactic conversion in older 300
Litre French oak barrels. After 10 months in barrel on the lees, 145 cases were bottled in August 2023.
