Tasting Notes
Composition: 85 % Gewürztraminer, 15 % Pinot Gris
Exotic baked pear, lychee and lime aromas consort with confectionery nuances of green and citrus wine gum, plus floral lavender and honeysuckle.
Tingly on entry, it spreads smoothly over the palate. Candied apple and lemon flavours persist, accompanied by pineapple and spice, notably fennel and sage.
When to drink: now through 2030.
Off-Dry to Semi-Sweet: 30 grams residual sugar
