Winemaker's Notes
A swirl elicits thoughts of ripe raspberry and strawberry filling, fragrant pot pourri and earthy fall leaves and wood chips. The texture is flowing and lingering. Flavours suggest black cherry, pomegranate and cranberry, spiced by nutmeg and vanilla.
Dry: 0.2 g/L residual sugar
At the time of bottling, alcohol measured 13%; residual sugar: 1 grams per litre; 6.0 titratable acidity: pH: 3.6
