Winemaker's Notes
Aromas embrace baked cherry, strawberry, red licorice and cinnamon, dashed with earthier steeped tea and leather scents. Plush on the palate through the finish, it’s flavoured of ripe cherry, blackberry and Turkish delight, evolving to a savoury, herbal finish.
Dry: 0.2 g/L residual sugar
At the time of bottling, alcohol measured 12.5%; residual sugar: 0.2 grams per litre; 6.5 titratable acidity: pH: 3.7
