Winemaker's Notes:

The perfumed aroma is bursting with juicy red fruits: cherry, strawberry compote and mulberry, with intriguing hints of burnished cedar and teak. Fruity, and refi ned, a taste brings raspberry, cherry, pomegranate, with a dash of black pepper teasing the palate with warm, lingering spice.

Vinification Notes

Clusters from three different blocks of the Malivoire
Estate Vineyard were picked by hand, as grape sugars achieved 21.3° Brix.

Hand-sorted grapes were divided, 25% to ferment in a concrete tank, and the larger share to neutral oak. In both cases, two thirds of the grapes were retained in whole clusters, layered between crushed berries. Post-ferment, the wine was portioned to age for eight months, 15% in mature oak barrels and 85% in steel tank. After blending, 972 cases were bottled in June 2025.

Alcohol measured 12%; 2.0 g/L residual sugar; Titratable Acidity: 6.9 grams per litre; pH: 3.45
