Winemaker's Notes:

Glowing dark ruby in the glass, its aromas are rich black cherry, strawberry jam, cinnamon and tobacco.

Luxuriously plump and mouth-filling, its tastes of ripe cherry, blueberry, redcurrant and caramel, leaving a spicy, gently smoky finish.

Now through 2035 and beyond; this wine is built to age.

Vinification Notes

Picked at the Stouck Family Vineyard on October 17th as grape
sugars averaged 22.6 ° Brix.

Primary fermentation in a large-format oak cuve was followed by
malo-lactic fermentation and ageing in American oak barrels,
one-third of which were in first use. After ten months, the wine
was blended and transferred to neutral oak to age a further nine
months. 84 cases were filled in April 2025.

Titratable Acidity: 6.5 grams per Litre
