Born from the acclaimed Wismer-Foxcroft vineyard on the Twenty Mile Bench, this gamay is ready to enjoy now, yet will reward cellaring.
Winemaker's Notes:
The fruit of this stately vineyard expresses itself through opulent scents of kirsch, cherry syrup, caramel and herbal tea. A sip finds the wine silky and mouth-filling, with dark cherry,
redcurrant, pomegranate and peppery flavours, leaving beetroot and spice on the finish.
At the time of bottling, alcohol measured 12.5%, residual sugar: 0 grams per litre titratable acidity: 7.5 grams per litre and pH: 3.31
Dry: 0 g/L residual sugar
