Tasting Notes:

Pouring bright ruby, the glass emits cherry syrup, raspberry cordial, blueberry, and pomegranate, decorated by herbal spice. Soft tannins make the mouthfeel bouncy and fresh.

Flavours flow to sour cherry, cranberry, raspberry, leaving a cranberry-peppercorn finish.

Vinification Notes

Whole grape clusters were directed to small stainless-steel “pots”.
Purged of oxygen, the vessels were sealed for 100% carbonic
maceration.

After alcoholic and full malolactic fermentation, the wine was pressed and transferred to older 300-L French oak barrels to age for ten months. 260 cases went to bottle in May 2025.
