Winemaker's Notes

Composition: 52% gamay, 41% cabernet franc and 7% pinot noir.

The aroma is a salvo of strawberry, fruit punch, bing cherry and cantaloupe with spiced and floral inflections. It’s clean and silky in the mouth, tasting of strawberry-rhubarb, McIntosh apple and lemon citrus, leaving a gently fresh, citrusy-herbal finish.

Dry: 3.0 g/L residual sugar

Vinification Notes

Pressed from grapes grown specifically for this wine, picked as sugars averaged 21° Brix.

Grapes were destemmed and vinified separately by variety, including a half-day cold soak. Cold-fermentation and stabilization were completed in stainless steel before blending and canning in July 2026.

Enjoy now through 2028.
