Winemaker's Notes
Composition: 83% Gamay, 17% Pinot Noir.
Bounteous, bright fruit aromas offer crushed strawberry, crabapple, watermelon, cranberry and citrusy Clementine. The mouth is treated to brisk, gentle mousse. A taste finds refreshingly dry flavours of sour cherry, raspberry, candy apple and lime.
Dry: 15 g/L residual sugar
