Winemaker's Notes

Composition: 100 % Melon de Bourgogne

Fresh, luminous, trim and linear, this one goes straight to the point, radiating aromas of lime, green apple, cantaloupe and cut celery. Brisk acidity elevates citrus and stone fruit flavours, leaving a clean, saline finish.

Dry: 0 residual sugar.

A surprise.

This one came out for a pairing with fish tacos. Crisp with a muscadet vibe. We didn't think you could get this taste here. Certainly one to add to your collection.
