Winemaker's Notes:

60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon

Blackberry, strawberry jam, plus other red fruit. The nose declares dark cherry, black raspberry, sweet rhubarb and vanilla, accented by fragrant cedar.  The plush texture is livened by firm acidity, and flavours recall ripe black and red fruits spiced by cocoa, menthol and clove.

Enjoy now to 2033.

Dry: 0 g/L residual sugar

My favourite wines…

I love the Malivoire reds being the Foch, Farmstead Red and Cabernet Franc. These are incredible reds with so much body, flavour and structure, they go with everything, from meats to pizza to pasta. We enjoy the whites as well, Melon, Viognier and Pinot Gris. Hands down, my go to wines and they are the best in the region.

A Niagara Gem of Elegance and Depth

Malivoire’s 2021 Stouck Farmhouse Red is a beautifully balanced wine: ripe and juicy, yet sophisticated and age-worthy. Elegant yet bold, this wine strikes a perfect balance between richness and finesse — a shining example of Niagara’s ability to produce elegant, expressive blends that reflect both varietal character and place. Well done!

This is my go to wine!
It’s perfect on its own. It’s great with food. And easy to share with family and friends. You will not be disappointed.
