Winemaker's Notes
100% Melon de Bourgogne grapes from the Malivoire Estate Vineyard.
Tangy, lively citrus greets both nose and mouth! Lots of lemon, joined by grassy and mineral aromas and green apple flavours wrapped in a soft, silky texture.
Pressed in whole grape clusters. Primary fermentation, settling and 22 months’ maturing on the lees were completed in stainless-steel barrels.
Only 89 cases were bottled in March 2024.
Enjoy now through 2028.
