Winemaker's Notes:
Delicate bakeshop aromas of apple pie, pineapple upside-down cake, cooked peach and meringue rise to the nose alongside fresh tree-fruits, notably golden apple and pear.
Smooth and creamy, its taste recalls tropical fruits, yellow pear, apricot and fig, dressed in honey and cinnamon hearts.
Enjoy now through 2031.
Dry: 2 g residual sugar
At the time of bottling, alcohol measured 13.5%; residual sugar, 2 grams per Litre; titratable acidity, 4.6 grams per Litre and pH: 3.56.
