Winemaker's Notes:

60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc

A twist of the glass frees aromas of black plum, mulberry, cherry syrup, violet and cassis with earthier traces of tobacco leaf and leather.

Robust warm-season tannin and lively acidity backstop a firm, smooth mouthfeel. Dark fruit pudding, blackberry, cherry, redcurrant and cranberry flavours persist with dark cocoa and smoke lingering  on the palate.

Ver clean

I prefer my reds more robust with prolonged mouth feel. Could use a little more tinder box and leather on the nose. Enjoyable on the back deck.
