The aroma casts red field berries, strawberry jam and rhubarb pie.

Creamy, fruity and nimble on the tongue, it tastes tartly of gala apple, grapefruit and starfruit, finishing crisply with citrus and tropical fruit expressions.

Vinification Notes

100% Gamay

Gamay from the Genova Vineyard was hand-picked October 6, 2023, at 18° Brix.

Was made in the Traditional Method, pressed in whole clusters, fermented in neutral French oak barrels. Post-tirage, it rested in-bottle for one year on the lees.

Dosage of 6 grams per Litre was added at disgorgement in June 2025. Production was 162 six-bottle cases.
