Winemaker's Notes
A delight to both nose and palate with bright red berries and herbal spice. Cherry candy, raspberry jam, marjoram and cardamom tempt the nose. The wine imbibes juicy and full,
tasting of tart cherry, accented by ground pepper and nutmeg, finishing fresh and bright.
Dry: 1 g/L residual sugar
At the time of bottling, alcohol measured 12%; residual sugar: 1 grams per litre; 6.1 titratable acidity: pH: 3.53 grams per litre
