Winemaker's Notes
100% Melon de Bourgogne grapes.
Hand-picked October 6th, 85% from the Malivoire Estate and 15% from the Mottiar Vineyard. Grape sugar averaged 20.2° Brix.
This original take on the variety solicits the nose with honeyed lemon curd, golden apple, custard and honeysuckle.
The palate is tingly, while smoothly rounded.
The flavour dazzles with grapefruit, lemon-lime, peach and sour candy, leaving a long, zesty, citrusy finish.
Only 90 cases were bottled.
Enjoy now through 2029.
