A sniff detects dark cherry, strawberry, caramel, white pepper and florality.
Smooth, with fine, fluid tannins, it tastes of crushed cranberry, cherry and raspberry, morphing to an earthy, spicy finish.

Vinification Notes

Grapes were destemmed and vinified separately by site.
Post-fermentation in stainless steel, the wine was pressed
and racked to French oak barrels, 15% in first use, to age.
After 9 months, 730 cases were bottled using Stelvin closure,
in July 2025.

Pairing + Serving

Best served near 14° C with Coq au vin, braised duck with porcini and semolina or a charcuterie plate of mild cheeses, figs and paté.
