Winemaker's Notes:

This deep medium-hued vintage, casts aromas of Damson plum, blackberry, raspberry, espresso grind and mocha. Medium-bodied and velvetty-smooth, it tastes of kirsch, Bing
cherry, blackcurrant and caramel, leaving a generous, gently smoky finish.

Vinification Notes

Picked at the Stouck Family Vineyard on October 18th as grape sugars averaged 22° Brix.

Primary fermentation in a large-format oak cuve was followed by malo-lactic fermentation and ageing in four American oak barrels: one first-use, two second-use and one third-use. After ten months, the wine was blended and transferred to neutral oak to age a further seven months.

Ninety-eight cases were filled in May 2026.
