Born from the recognizable Wismer-Foxcroft vineyard on the Twenty Mile Bench, this gamay is ready to enjoy now, yet will reward cellaring.
Winemaker's Notes:
Baked raspberry filling, cherry turnover white pepper and fragrant nutmeg and cinnamon treat the nose. A sip is soft and fresh, tasting of bright red berries, white pepper and savoury spice.
At the time of bottling, alcohol measured 12.5%, residual sugar: 0.0 grams per litre titratable acidity: 6.8 grams per litre and pH: 3.37.
Dry: 0 g/L residual sugar
