Sunny tropical and tender fruits meet the nose, signaling pineapple, pear and honeydew melon. It’s zesty but soft in the mouth, tasting of green apple, lemon and lime with a subtle herbal hint, leaving a toasty, citrusy finish.

This vintage is composed of 90% chardonnay, 10% chardonnay musqué.

Dry: 0 g/L residual sugar

When bottled, alcohol measured 12%, residual sugar 0 grams per litre, titratable acidity 7.1 grams per litre and pH 3.25.

Vinification Notes

Grapes from the Moira, Estate and Mottiar vineyards were
hand-picked in stages between September 10th and October
2nd, to allow natural sugars to achieve 22.6° Brix.

Once the grapes were grapes were destemmed and pressed, the
juice was divided into equal portions for primary and partial malolactic fermentation, in either stainless steel or neutral French oak. After ageing for a further nine months, the portions were combined and bottled in July 2026.
