Winemaker's Notes:

Nose-arousing lemongrass, rose petal, tangerine rind, and honeydew melon!
Its texture is zesty and chalky, and flavours imply peach, apple, apricot and tangerine, tapering to lingering citrus and fennel.

Enjoy now through 2029.

Vinification Notes

Picked September 19th from the mature (planted 1998-99)
vines of the Malivoire Estate Vineyard, as grape sugars achieved
20.8° Brix.

Hand-sorted clusters were destemmed and, after a brief
skin-soak, pressed for primary fermentation in stainless steel.
To capture youth and freshness, the new wine was bottled in
December 2025, after three months in tank.

At the time of bottling alcohol was measured at 12.0%, residual sugar at 3.0 gram per litre, titratable acidity 7.2 grams per litre and pH at 3.3.
