2025 Rosé Moira

Hand-picked at 21.2° Brix on the cool early morning of September 24th from our Moira Vineyard.

Whole grape clusters were gently pressed for minimal contact between juice and skins. After chilling in a wide-profile stainless steel tank for extended contact on light lees or “bourbes”, the juice was transferred to standard steel tanks for chilled fermentation. 445 cases were bottled in February 2026.

Enjoy now through 2029.

At the time of bottling, alcohol measured 12.5%; residual sugar: 0 grams per litre; 6.4 titratable acidity:  3.2 grams per litre pH:

Near 11° C beside a mezza plate, tinned fish including sardines, anchovies or mackerel with fennel or dill on sourdough toast, or with moules frites.
