Our winemaker, Elisa Mazzi, has selected six limited-edition wines, each highlighting a different vineyard site or winemaking technique—whole-cluster fermentation, carbonic maceration, and even a blend with Gamay’s former Burgundian counterpart, Pinot Noir.
